Able REI was a personal brand I developed to market real estate investing education, particularly through an affiliate partnership model. The brand was designed to feel both empowering and grounded—speaking to everyday people who wanted to take control of their financial future without going it alone.
The visual identity pairs a clean serif wordmark with the silhouette of a home, set against the warm tones of a sunrise. This was intentional, symbolizing new beginnings, clarity, and upward potential in the real estate market. The tagline “Earn While You Learn” captured the dual opportunity: students could immediately apply what they were learning and begin generating income even as they built their investing skillset.
The brand served as a welcoming front door to a powerful educational system—giving aspiring investors a simple, accessible pathway into real estate entrepreneurship. From 2022 to 2024, I ran an office in Denver where local students could gather, build community, and collaborate as they navigated the software platform and investing curriculum together.
